League Format

16 Teams (each representing a corporation)
6 players in each team (each player has to be an employee or a full time contractor of the organization)
4 Groups of 4 teams each
Team based Round Robin Matches in each Group
3 DOUBLES games per Match - Men’s, Women’s and Mixed
Top 2 teams from each group play-off in quarter- finals. Winners move to semis and then to final.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can participate in the league?

The league is open to teams representing corporations. Each team must consist of 6 players (at least 2 men and 2 women). Teams may decide to play only with 4 players and keep the other two on bench as needed. All players must be employees or full time contractors of the organization and will have to submit the proof of employment at the time of registration.

What is the prize pool?

The total prize pool for the tournament is $25,000.

How many matches will each team play?

Each team will play at least 3 matches in the group stage. Teams that advance to the playoffs will play additional matches

What equipments will be provided?

Professional-grade balls will be provided. Players must use approved paddles.

Will one player be allowed to play in the gender doubles as well as in mixed doubles within the same match?

The teams will have freedom to decide which player is going to play which games, as long as they have at least 4 players participating in a match.

Will this be an indoor or outdoor facility?

Indoor facility, so there’s minimal dependence on the weather exigencies.

How do we register our team?

Registration details will be shared separately with the teams that would submit the Expression of Interest form.

What are the timelines and deadlines?

We will publish a detailed event calendar in a few weeks. Please stay tuned.

Will food and refreshments be available?

Yes, food and beverages will be available for players and spectators throughout the tournament for purchase.

Can a corporation send more than one team to participate?

We would consider accepting more than one team from a corporation only on an exceptional basis

How can spectators attend the event?

Spectators can purchase tickets on-site or online. However, participating players and organizations will be able to invite their guests using complimentary passes.
